Specializing his practice in Municipal Law, Labour and Employment and Municipal Tax Assessments, Paul has experience with matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Paul regularly appears before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission. He brings a unique perspective and court experience to Wishart, with his background in sociology, his advocacy skills, his logic and lateral thinking.
A former volunteer Firefighter in the Algoma District, Paul is a Trainer Facilitator, certified by the office of the Ontario Fire Marshall. Paul has served two terms as a Director of the Algoma District Law Association and is a member of Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Property Tax Association
