As required under the provisions of the Boards of Trade Act, the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce will hold its 129th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 26th, 2018. The business portion of the meeting will include:
• the presentation of the Chamber's audited financial statements for the year ended June 30th, 2018
• appointment of the 2018-2019 Auditor
• approval of new members for the year ended June 30th, 2018
• an overview of the 2017-2018 fiscal year.

Location: The Northern Grand Gardens, 1324 Great Northern Rd
Time: 11:40am Registration /12:00noon Call to Order / 1:30pm Adjounment
Lunch Menu: stuffed chicken, potatoes, vegetables, soup of the day, salad, bread, coffee / tea, desert.
Tickets: SSMCOC member: $30+hst / SSMCOC member table of 8: $220+hst / Non-member: $40+hst.
