Kelsey was born and raised in Sault Ste Marie and joined Northern Insurance Brokers in 2019. She completed her licensing examination and became a Registered Insurance Broker in Ontario, focusing on Personal Insurance. She has held a wide range of roles in the organization, ranging from Customer Account Manager to Sales Representative. She now holds the title of Risk Advisor, blending these two roles.

Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Social Welfare from Algoma University and became a Registered Insurance Broker in 2019.
